Lippy Jackson, editor of The Pioneer, has returned after conducting his own investigations and can now reveal the names of the – oh no, oh no nononono this aint right at all. Where is everyone? What’s – is that an Authority Flag flying above the courthouse? Well damn it all, this ain’t how things were meant to be. 

Seems the once proud Black Rock outpost has fallen to the Authority, and while The Pioneer can’t claim to have ever been particular partial to that institution, it seems that they’re here to stay. It has always been the job of the newspaper man to speak truth to power, and to that end, should any members of the Authority require a mouthpiece to fight the scourge of the Rebellion, well, you know where Lippy’s office sits.
